Design & coordination
We turn the project brief into a coordinated building services design, from early feasibility studies to complete design and build packages. Our in-house CAD team develops and coordinates drawings, working with consultant engineers and specialist BIM partners where required. This brings the mechanical, electrical and public health services together before installation begins.
Electrical
We design, install, test and commission electrical systems for commercial, education, healthcare, retail and residential projects. Our team works with clients and project partners to develop practical solutions around the building’s requirements, programme and agreed budget. From refurbishment works to complex installations, we manage the electrical package from the initial brief through to completion.
Mechanical & Public Health
Our mechanical team delivers heating, ventilation, air conditioning and public health installations for a wide range of buildings. We work closely with our electrical team to coordinate the services throughout design and construction, providing a combined approach that supports comfort, water supply and everyday building operation.
Allied services
Alongside our core mechanical and electrical services, we coordinate the specialist systems a project requires. These can include building management and controls, ICT cabling, lightning protection, security, access control, CCTV and automation. Where specialist expertise is needed, we work with established supply chain partners, with the package managed and coordinated by our own team.
Testing & Commissioning
We test and commission building services against the project specification and applicable codes of practice. Our work can include electrical testing, HVAC pre-commissioning, system balancing, environmental checks and BMS commissioning. We also prepare reports and certification and demonstrate systems to the accepting team, supporting a clear handover from installation to operation.
